Ok so I was having a lot of trouble with my hard drive for a while (disappearing from desktop, freezing dashboard, unusable icons and so on) so I decided to reinstall using my supported disks. After receiving an alert message '@% cannot install on this volume' for quite a while I finally got the install disk to run through the installation process and now I'm stuck at the startup login screen and I've tried my default username and password and a combination of others I thought it might be and still have no luck. I had never before this had to use a name and password to login so I'm not sure what the problem could be. Also I have tried numerous hotkeys during startup and have had no luck whatsoever almost like they aren't recognized at all. I need some serious thought out help..
