Hey,
I've brought my macbrook pro in several times at the apple store and none seem to restore the issue. After being charged for a while, my screen will randomly have a wite/multi-color band on it in the same location. It goes vertically and is about an inch or so thick. I have a photo of what it looks like and I am happy to send it to anyone who is curious.
Another issue is after I sent it in to repair for that problem (they replaced the logic board if I remember correctly) now at random times my computer screen will freeze or not start up and give three low tone beeps. From my research online I've gathered that it's the RAM not functioning correctly but I could be wrong.
Please respond with any helpful feedback. I'm planning to drop the laptop in again sometime this week for another (this would be the 4th) repaire at the apple store in my hometown.
Oh and for specifics, I have the new 15" Macbook Pro Version 10.7.2 (already updated software since that seems to be the first thing they suggest for glitches).
