Orders will be shipped UPS Second Day Air unless specified otherwise. To request a different delivery method, please click on the preferred method here and fill out your selected method in the comments/special instructions section below.

International orders require duties and import taxes above and beyond the standard shipping charges. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

NOTE: Any packages returned to us as "non-deliverable" are subject to another shipping charge and you will lose your position in the shipping order. All additional shipping charges will have to be paid prior to your order being re-shipped. Please make sure you have someone at your address to sign for the package. If you prefer, write in the comments section "Signature Requirement Waived" and your package can be left at your door.

Comments or special instructions:

Credit Card Orders: By submitting your order, you authorize Smart-ISO-Products to debit your credit card for the amount of your order plus all applicable shipping charges. By using this form, you hereby agree to be bound to the terms provided by your card company.

NOTE: All items are shipped in the order they are received. NO exceptions. We do not ship on weekends and therefore orders received after 9 am Friday through Sundays will be processed for the next business day. We apologize for any inconvenience.

RETURNS: Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase provided customer obtained a RMA number. Please e-mail us for an RMA number. We will not refund any price difference due to current sales. Shipping charges are not refundable. We will not ship exchanged item until the returned item is received.
